He chuckled, sitting down on a log in front of her house. The scouts followed his actions, glaring at the door. "Well, we will wait until you feel comfortable enough to come and speak with us. It must be hard, living by yourself all this time without anyone to come visit you. You should stop by the village sometime, the folk would love to meet you." The king speaks.

(He probably wouldn't, he is a king and he really doesn't have enough time for Zeke. Plus he wouldn't ever do that in general.)

The lady smiled kindly at him before waving him off and continuing to clean.

(Eh, its a thought.)

Zeke smiled and helped her clean for a bit, to be kind, before running off to meet Caspian.

(Don't let Zeke go into the forest. It's forbidden.)

Tivel huffed. I am pretty sure the folk would sooner burn me at the stakes than welcome me with open arms. I do quite a good job of protecting my home. That was up until your scouts came and sullied it with their paws. she growled. She began to readjust the skull mask. Waiting was frustrating but she was willing to wait them out.

He was willing to spend years here if he had to. He wanted to meet this girl, wanted to see what was so different about her.

Tivel paused. She cursed at herself then looked around. She had left her food outside to dry. She took a deep breath and sat down against the door. In an attempt to calm herself, she repeated in her mind the fact that they would leave soon.

They were not leaving anytime soon.

Zeke then slowed down and changed his mind. Hes a king. Hes probably busy. Then he grinned and raced off, heading to the market.

He had more debts to repay.

And who would miss a loaf of bread or a few coins?
