"It's fine." She took his hand, got to her feet, and brushed off her jeans. She looked up at him with a teasing smile. "Running again? You would be great on the Cross Country team."

"Yup. I think you'll like it- I have my horse and I'm sure Owen will let you ride one of his." He said, chuckling a bit at the look in her eyes.
"Yeah. Of course you will." She grinned. "I'm heading over to the homecoming committee's meeting. Everything is a mess- sometimes I don't realize how stressful it is to be part of the council. We're short of members and everything is crazy, and..." she continued to ramble on, ranting.

Yeah. Owen gave me one of his horses. The horses name is Storm. Hes a beautiful horse.

I cant wait to meet her! And I cant wait to go riding either. Im guessing that we wont be able to go fast at first? Victoria asked

"Thank you!" She squealed, throwing her arms around him in a sudden hug. It was rather obvious that she had no idea what personal space was, but she didn't seem to care at this point. "I thought the dance was going to be terrible and no one would come and everyone would hate the committee and all that!"

She let go of him, her eyes wide and her lips holding back her smile. "Okay, the room is this way. No running though, okay? You wouldn't want to run into someone else." She skipped slightly as she walked.
