deeper in there is another pond much larger than the last, and from there you could see through the trees it seemed to be almost mid day

I head towards the large lake to see if maybe I can get a better scope of the land. I gracefully leap over a tree root and then, making sure the little snake is still on my head, continue on.

You can only see the sky the jungle is still too dense, but this water seems safe

I don't want to take any chances of drinking strange water again, so I start off around the pond.

you come out on to a shore the sun startin to set a bit as the waves crashed aginst sharp rocks

I jump back a little, but then pause to simply admire the sunset and the sky grow dark.

the moon soon iluminated the shore and thee seemed to be glowing creatures in the water and on the rocks just off shore

Aris, although she was somber, tried to stay positive with words like Atropos. "We'll see the top of the plateau soon," she said, offering a smile.

After much walking and climbing up the rocky terrain, the three were finally arrived at the top of the plateau where they were before. Aris looked up at the smaller plateau for the tree that Twili mentioned.
