Mr.duskrade looks at setho but rips his stare away as mthos say something about warning the kids about the hard teachers. He feels someone nudge his side and he pulls his attention back to setho as setho sicker at him. He shakes his head no they could just find out how hard it is to be in his class when they do.

von looks at her and smiles I love music he says happily to her. A goofy girn spreads across his face as he says that. After saying that the young girl hides behind him and he get confused at why she is hiding. Are you ok he ask in a worried tone as he looks at her.

"Thank you," said Orion. The real reason behind him wanting to draw her was so she could get over her fear Is that what it is? A fear? of being seen in monster form. She shouldn't have to be scared of peope seeing her the way she really was. It's just not right. He felt bad for making her leave her comfort zone, but he deemed it necessary.

"So you can manipulate people's thoughts?" Ember couldn't keep the bitterness out of her voice. She felt horrible for fearing A'ine, but she couldn't help being wary. Great, now she's going to think that I hate her. Which isn't true.

Jora was still shaking a little from the thought of just going into her monster form, let alone letting someone see her in monster form. She tried waving it off by saying, "Think nothing o-of i-it." Her voice broke a little on the last two words. Oh, what am I going to do if Orion thinks I'm to usual looking to be his friend! I can't stand the thought of going back to being the weirdo. That's why mom made dad let me come here. She started fiddling with her sleeve again, she turned toward the front of the room, trying to breathe calmly so less smoke would come out of her nose at once. I don't know how he couldn't have noticed it before but there's no way he won't notice it this time! She thought as yet another puff of smoke rose from her nose.

A'ine was starting to get scared. "Oh, no! Nothing like that.... well at least not yet, I don't even know if I'll ever be able to do something like that." A'ine was hoping Ember wouldn't go off away from her. I should have know! The second A'eda'n isn't the 'freak' I become it! She decided to try and change the subject. "Do you like to play any sports? I only know how play a special underwater hippocampus game.... I guess you could call it a sort of underwater racquetball."

Orion winced, noticing her unease, and the smoke. Did I do it too early? I just wanted to prove to her that not all people will criticize her for her heritage. What do I do now? He wanted to take back what he said. He wished he had asked her at the end of the day. Now she would be worrying about it the whole day. Among all his guilty thoughts, a question popped up, Why is she breathing smoke? and then, She's probably nervous. "Do you mind me drawing at lunch? Not in front of everyone of course." he asked, hastily adding the last line. Hopefully she accepts. Then she won't have to be stressed all day.


Ember went along with the change in subject. She still felt scared, but she tried to stifle her unease. You're just a scaredy-cat. A'ine hasn't done anything except help you! And how do you pay her back? By shrinking away from her in fear. She wouldn't be surprised if A'ine could hear her thoughts right now. They were probably really loud. She wanted to apologize, but what if A'ine hadn't noticed anything?

Sam stared at the guy who had fallen on her in surprise. " What...what the hell are you doing? " she questioned, looking at him with a very confused face. " If you trying to say hi...that's a really weird way to do so... "
Sam then glanced over at the other guy. Had that guy somehow freaked him out...? Why should he be scared of anyone unless they on purposely try to act for authoritative then him...geez...this guy is weird, she thought.

Jora knew there was absolutely no way Orion could have missed the smoke, which was quickly becoming worse. She took in a deep breath, "Oh, um, yeah, that would be f-fine." She said her voice cracking a little. She tried to make the smoke stop but it just wouldn't, which she knew wasn't a good sign. Instead she stood up saying, "Excuse me for a minute I promise I'll come back." She turned and started walking a little quickly to the door, hoping Orion would trust her and not follow her. She burst out the door and, not seeing anyone, she ran for a door that would take her outside. She got to it, flung it open, and ran outside hugging herself. No sooner had she cleared the castle then a huge fireball came out of her and dispersed. She just sat there for a second hugging herself. Why? Why? WHY? Why, does this have to happen to me! This time it actually hurt a little before it happened, which was very unusual.

A'ine felt Ember's fear, and that scared her, mostly because the fear was of her. Kelp, kelp, KELP! She scared of me and I don't know what to do! A'ine suddenly got flooded by everyone's thoughts, all of which were a confused garble that she couldn't understand. She grabbed her ears, knowing it would do nothing. She slowly regained her concentration and was able to block out all of the voices. She sighed relieved, last time that happened A'eda'n had to take her to the middle of the ocean where nobody was within at least 25 miles! Great now she'll think I'm even weirder then before! A'ine prepared herself in case Ember stormed off telling everyone to avoid her.

Keegan was about to answer when he realised that Ilandere had just spoken about her parents... didn't she just say she couldn't remember her life before? He watched as she began to look troubled. 'Surely she wouldn't lie about something like that?' Keegan thought... but it wasn't as thought people weren't below that. He'd just assumed that Ilandere was better than lying about that stuff, but maybe not. He decided to let her answer for herself. "Uhh, didn't you just say that you couldn't remember stuff from before?" he asked hesitantly.

Haizea watched with growing horror as the snake boy fell back onto her. She shrieked a little from underneath him, and summoned the air to push him back up. Hastily she recollected herself and sat up straight again. "Watch where you're falling please," she haughtily asked of him before noticing the reason why he fell. Another boy had joined them. She stared at his ear. "You have these so called earrings too? Why would you want to shove a piece of metal through your ear? Wouldn't it hurt?" she inquired of both of them, gaping blankly.

Eniko became a bit happier upon seeing Lily's enthusiasm, hoping it would rub off on her more. She was not looking forward to class, unlike her friend. Eniko glanced at all the teachers and noticed one that seemed to be glaring at everyone. "Oh," she said under her breath, concerned. "I hope we don't have him," she whispered to Lily, gesturing towards the scary teacher.

"Not that we'll be in the same class anyway," Tadi said in a quieter tone, slightly deflated. "But hey, at least that means that we have more people to ask about whether they have some juice at this school!" he excitedly added, his mind on food.
