Yannis shook his head before walking back to the Crest, "No thank you Captain Tripwhisker."

Kai sniffs the air, I smell a spicy soup nearby.

James smirks on board of the Crest trying not to laugh.

Kaladin grimmaced. "If it's that awful stuff again, I swear..." He grumbled, hopping up onto the ship's deck. "Good afternoon James,"

Locke nodded, then smiled. "Jis Locke's fine."

"Alright then good day, Locke," Yannis walks back to the Crest.

"Hi Kaladin you just missed it. Chief Zono sent a pot of hot root soup and Selkie ate it to be polite. His face was so red I have never seen anything so red before," James chuckles.
Kai growls.
"He's fine just went for a swim to cool off," James points out to the waves in the water where a blur was swimming through them.

Kaladin frowned. "I don't hate a lot of things, James. But that soup is absoultely awful."

"I know but it's an River otter delicacy and I will never fix it I promise," James replies, "besides Selkie and Zono's daughter I think were trying make peace between their two clans. She was trapped in a rockslide and Selkie helped her out."

Kaladin perked up. "Oh, That's nice!" He chimed.

James smiles as well, "Not sure how well it worked though because of Selkie's reaction to the hotroot soup."

Selkie climbs on deck still looking like his mouth is on fire, "Hi Kaladin. Ready to set sail?"

"Good this way we can miss hurricane season I hope," Selkie replies walking over to the wheel, "Is everyone here?"
A chorus of ayes could be heard from the crew.
