"His breathing is still heavy, but I think he's calming down a bit...." Kaladin responded.

"That's a good thing." Douglas told him. "Help me get them into the captain's room. That can be our sick bay." Douglas lifted Skipper up a little. "You need to loose some wieght Skipper." Douglas groaned. "Little help please."
Caspian went and got a net sliding Skipper onto it and they carried Skipper to the captain's quarters.

Kaladin picked up Selkie and treked up to Skipper's room. "Hang in there...." He muttered. Five targets.... He thought. But why?

Selkie took a deep breath as if saying like I'm gonna give up.

Kaladin frowned and looked up at Douglas. "Where should I set him down?"

Caspian started to set up a hamock.
"When Caspain is finished put him in the hamock." Douglas told him wandering as well why there were five targets.

Kaladin looked up at the ceiling. "You were a target so that the four of us couldn't be treated, I think...." He stated after a moment of thought. "Without Skipper, the ship would be plunged into disarray. But that doesn't explain why Taika, Selkie, and myseld were targeted as well...."

(I've been watching a bunch of Father Brown lately...)

"True but you are forgetting Selkie is also a captain and can ships like this. I think you were targeted bacause you can tell us how to get there and you have skill with healing. Taika may have been targeted because of being able to give directions as well." Douglas added to Kaladin's theory. "The question is who and how did they do? What type of poison did they use? Three questions."

"Three questions.... Well, the poison took effect almost immediately. I know snake venom works swiftly, but the serpent on board is a constricter, not a venomous snake." Kaladin started.

"True but there are other fast acting poisons if this was a fast acting poison." Douglas explained. "I can think of a few but I don't have the cure to any of them on hand and that is if I guess right. If not it would do more harm then good."
