Before you can say anything, the bucket dropped and plummeted down. After a few minutes, it hits something. You feel yourself jolted upwards from throwback before landing again.

I yelp with shock as we plummet. Once we hit, I stagger to my feet, glancing around to see where we landed

The bucket is stuck in some kelp and seaweed, which had collected lose stones. The well went further down.
