"At least yer repaintin', heh." Locke offered a weak smile. "Ye wanna have ah word with 'em? Like Ah said a'fore, nothin's set in stone and Ah'm not that desperate fer crew jis yet."

"I saw your crew and four mates aren't enough for that ship. You six minimum," Selkie goes on board tears forming in his eyes as he sees Yannis on board working for Locke, "..."

Locke massaged his brow. "Ah can find two others easily, an' then at least ah dozen more in Spagonia. Ah ain't ready ta sail with yer crewmates unless you really are ah hundred percent fine with that, which ye' obviously arn't."

Selkie turns away from the ship struggling to keep his voice nutral until it cracks at the end, "If this is how they feel then fine."

Marcos looks at Locke and goes to get Yannis.

Locke growled softly, then darted over to him. "Selkie." He barked, sounding uncharatheristically irratated.

Selkie freezes trying to cover his sorrow with anger, "What?"

"I'm not about ta give up on you just yet." He growled in response.

Selkie nods once in responce, "Sorry it's just how would you feel if you were abandoned by the only family you knew and especially by the one you considered a second father?"

"Nobody's 'bout ta shame ye fer that, Laddie." Locke said with a weary sigh, no longer sounding irratated. "....Come on. Let's go someplace quieter." He said after a moment. "We can figure out what ta do there, aye?"

Sniffing Selkie nods once as he follows Locke.
