Maverick is also happy.

"Come on Maverick lead the way," Desta encourages, "You know where we're going but I don't."

He nodded and quickly mounted. Victoria and Ghost weren't far behind. He led the way to a place where the trees thinned and it seemed like a part of the forest had been burned not that long ago.

Desta could still smell the ashes, "Is it just me or is this place really creepy?"

"It's creepy," Vic agreed.
"It's not that bad. Yet. We haven't even got to the houses. Or the orphanage."
"When did you have the time to find this place?" She asked, very confused. He didn't reply.

"We need to make sure we don't suprise anyone as well when we get there," Desta speaks,"and make sure the horses stay safe."

"I don't think anyone's here anymore. I'm pretty sure everyone left once..." he trailed off, talking about the strange fire that had happened here. Not many people knew about it since almost nobody escaped with their lives. The fire made a perfect circle around the small town, and nobody had bothered putting it out, because it just...stopped. Maverick knew because he watched it. He was a child then, but he still remembered vividly, watching the fire spring out of nowhere to make a sort of dome over the town.

"Okay," Desta looks around nervously which makes Dreamer even more nervous, 'So I'm guessing you know what happened and are not going to tell us?"

"I could, but it could possibly put you guys in danger. I don't think this fire was from natural causes."

"So it could be where the demon problem started."
