"Glad to be back out to sea Captain," Caspain smiles.
Yannis looks over at Nathanial who looks away.

Locke tilted his head thoughtfully. "Aye. Ye mind if Ah ask ye ah few things?"

"Go ahead,'' Yannis replies.

"Did anythin' happen with Selkie? Bit surprised he'd dismissed ye all of ah sudden."

Yannis motions for Locke to keep his voice down, "Selkie gave us a choice to leave or go with him when he left. We all decided to leave because The Skull brings bad memoires for this crew and no sane sailor would set foot on that deck because of the curse.''

Locke nodded slowly. "Hrm... What sort o' curse iffn ye don't mind me askin'?"

"The curse of the Crest. She was a ship commanded by Selkie's grandfather and she was supposivly sunk by Squid the Cruel. Both were stormcallers but it was thought that Captain Waverider was more then just a stormcaller he was magic. Legend has it after Squid the Cruel won the battle he slaughtered the captain in front of the crew, skinned him, and used his pelt for decoration in his wheelhouse. Squid the Cruel died not a month after by mysterious circumstances and there were sightings of a ghost ship."
'Black Beard tried to remove the pelt but it was nailed to the wall. He was terrified of that thing," Nathanial recalls, "He tried every chance he got and every stratgy he knew to remove it."

Locke blinked, ears folded back in a mixture of disgust and mild shock. "That's... quite tha' tale there mate."

"I know," Yannis speaks the distaste ovious.
Nathanial shutters in fear, "Like I said ghost ship and curse of the Sea Otters not going anywhere near 'em."

Locke nodded once. "Hm. Makes ah bit more sense now, thank ye."
