Soultice kept licking him then, since he wasn't getting pushed away.

Bella nodded, "Panic? Hm, he was probably running from a Searcher. You don't look much like a witch, do you have magic," She asked curiously.

He sank to the ground in giggles, not used to this much affection.

"The only thing I have is insomnia and a bit of skill for cooking."

Soultice purred a bit in amusement, still licking him.

"I wish I could have insomnia," Bella said with a small sigh.

He felt subdued despite Soultice just being a familiar.

"Wish I could give you it, I'd trade gladly." He said with a sorrowful tone. "I wish I could sleep."

Soultice finally stopped, stretching and meowing softly.

Bella thought to herself, then opened up her hand. A purple flower appeared, which she offered to him.
"I sleep using this. A sleeping flower, smelling it makes almost anyone tired," She said with a small nod.

He calmed down, gently stroking his back.

He stared at it. "Things don't work on me, trust me. I've tried meds and all sorts of things."

Soultice purred, nuzzling Dexter gently.

"Well you don't know if it'll work unless you try," Bella pointed out.

(Just so you know, the flower is very good at making people fall asleep. Since she is a different species it doesn't affect her as strongly, but for a human it's as good as a sleep dart, if not better =3)

He smiled, rubbing his ears gently. "Thanks, buddy."

Luke found that a good point, so bent and tried sniffing it.

Soultice purred even louder.

It smelled a bit like blueberries and cotton candy, oh and he was starting to feel really sleepy.

Dexter made sure to be very gentle.

He yawned, for the first time in months. His eye lids began to go down.
