'What would father say," Percy replies, "he'd yell that I was abandoing the family and doing what he deeply regreated when he was younger."

Locke frowned and scratched at his ear. "Hrm... Aye, mayhaps." He mumbled. "Ah assume tha' means ye didn't tell 'im ye were here, then."

"Aye," Percy looks down at the floorboards as if they had become intresting all of a sudden.

Locke clasped his hands together in front of him. "...Ye realize I can't jis take ye off like this, aye?"

"That's why I snuck aboard; if we were out to sea you would have had to taken me with you," Percy confesses.

(I mean yeah!)

Locke nodded slowly. "...Yer father would actually kill me."

"Permitting my mother didn't get to you first," Percy murmers, "she's the more dangerous one."

"Aye. So help me think of ah way ta help ye without somebody getting brutally murdered then." Locke replied.

Percy frowns, "There is no sane way for me to get off the island in one piece without them figuring it out. That includes on a dragon. Father is normally the more reasonable of the two but with what happened to Uncle Douglas I don't think he'd be in any mood to negociate.Father and I talked about my going with you when he was in the medical ward. Mother is probally furious I snuck off again that and I may or may not have hinted at me leaving the island to sail. "

Locke swished his tail. "Ye ain't tried everythin'. How long can ye wait?"
