You hold out, your hand, but it shies away from the something that smear your hand like a grotesque substance. It must've come from the smashed blueberry you touched earlier. What do you do?

It was a luffox, I believe? Correct me if I got it wrong and the sylesti is something else.
The sylesti leans in to take a bite of the apple, but immediately recoils, and you see that a area of grass around the apple has rotted. WHat do you do?
