Kris puts himself between Carter and the dog person by them, raising his fists at ready. "Alright, Puppy. Lets play." And there goes his ego again.

The Yagorti growls and lunges at Kris, spear ready in hand. Carter cowered like a tiny puppy.

Hayden lunges forward, all the Yagorti around him backing away, "Have you had enough?" He yelled throwing a spear at one of them, who backed away whimpering, it's tail between it's legs.
"No, they where backing away so I could get to you," The red eyed Yagorti smiled, not like Hayden could see it and stabbed Hayden in the back.

Charcoal rears up again, bringing his hooves down to the Yagorti.

Kenzie glances up at Hayden's yell, wondering who he was talking to, just in time to see him get stabbed by the Yagorti. "You..." Kenzie says, fuming. She wanted to go help Hayden, but she was currently helping protect the defensless Azrail that clearly did not know how to fight.

Sam watches the fight play out beneath her.

Kris smirks a wild grin and lunges as well, twisting out of the way of the spear and swinging out at the Yagorti.

Hayden eyes go wide in shock, his anger instantly vanishing as pain took it's place.
"You... you butt," It hurt to speak, but he forced himself to as he stood up and summoned his staff.
The red eyed Yagorti whimpered as he saw Hayden not collapse, Hayden stabbed him with his spear, the Yagorti collapsed.
"Retreat," One of the Yagorti's yelled and all the dog like creatures turned and fled into the forest.

The Yagorti stumbles backwards at the force of the punch before turning and fleeing back into the forest with the others. Carter was watching shocked, his mouth hanging open as he stared at Kris, "How... how did you do that?!?"

Kris for once wondered the same thing, he knew, or rather thought, he could fight hecka well. But he knew for sure that he couldn't make a dog thing run with one hit. He turned and offered a hand down to Carter, smirk less apparent. "I scared that one off, but looks like somethin' else got the others runnin' for the hills."

Azrail takes a look around, positive someone was hurt.
"Are you alright, Hayden?" Kenzie asks, rushing to his side. Azrail follows her like a lost puppy. Noticing Hayden was wounded, Azrail starts writing something to him.
'I can help heal.' Azrail writes before showing Hayden, wanting to help.

"Thanks," Carter took Kris's hand, "I'm not much of a fighter myself, I deal with curses," He turned to Hayden, pointing at him, "He is cursed, I can sense it, he can't die," He walked over and held his hand above Hayden, "Let's see if I can remove it," He closed his eyes, only to open them and gasp in pain.

Hayden was on his knees, holding onto his chest as he felt pain shoot through him, "I think I might be fine? It would be nice if someone pulled out the spear though, I can't reach it," He sat down, trying to look behind him to spot the spear.

Kris nods as he helped him up and swayed faintly as he followed after Carter. 'Curses. Huh.' He thought to himself.

Kenzie nods, "On it, cap'n." She grabs the spear and gives it a tug, trying to pull out the spear.

Azrail heads a few feet away, not wanting to get in the way again.

Charcoal stays near the edge of the clearing, wishing Sam was here. He wasn't too badly hurt, but he hoped Sam was alright.

Blackie jumps onto TJ's legs, begging for attention. "Did you see those guys? They were so nice! Did you see that one that nearly started playing with me? Aaaaah! You haven't given me that much attention in a while. Play!" TJ nods, trying to contain the excited pup.
"Yes, yes, I can play..."
"And not that stick game either. Else your staff is mine forever after. Mwahahaha!" Blackie says, jumping up and grabbing TJ's staff, racing a few yards away with it, dropping into a playful bow, and then jumping, waiting for TJ to chase her.
