Skye WAS probably faster than me. But I was smarter. I stopped suddenly and whirled around, my eyes filled with what I hoped was fear. "FIRE!" I yelped.

I shook my head. "I'm going to go. Cause there's a FIRE and I'm not gonna wait for you!" I dove into a bush. Then I crawled through the bushes until I was right behind North, and ready to pounce if needed.
