Inferus glared at coins, letting out an angry hiss. Nobody gave you permission to climb on me. He pushed Coins off, catching it just before it hit the ground as he forgets his strength sometimes. Then, looking right at Hayden, he clicked bitterly, I haven't seen Isaac smile like that in years. And you're obviously the cause of that. He then amended, You must mean a lot to him. I wonder if you know..?

Isaac closed his eyes, calling out to Tiffany again. Mistress? had grown uneasy by her silence, and eyes behind their lids faded grey as he searched in his mind. He was unsure of what to do, or what to feel. I don't know if I can do this. Perhaps Tiffany wasn't listening after all..

Coins hissed and hid behind Hayden, giving Inferus angry looks. Hayden looked surprise, his chest again growing warm again. Pushing the feeling aside he looked at Isaac, who had his eyes closed "Are you okay?"

Tiffany snapped awake, not realizing she had fallen asleep "It's okay Isaac, just keep them in town, a little surprise will be coming."

Just a little dizzy. The last couple hours have taken a lot outta me." He opened his red eyes, tilting his head towards Inferus's large skull-head to his left. "Lets go find a sheltered spot to settle down a bit." Inferus nodded, bounding down the block in a few effortless leaps and settling down in what was once a covered booth and was now abandoned. You are kind, mistress. I am glad you aren't cross with me. (Omg I just noticed how formal he speaks to Tiffany)

Inferus clicked to Isaac, He doesn't know, does he? Isaac took a deep breath, murmuring "He'll know soon enough when they arrive."

Hayden followed, Coins not far behind him. They sat down beside him, Hayden so wrapped up in his thoughts he didn't hear Isaac talking at all. He was thinking, not speaking or moving, letting his thoughts flood to him. This town is a death place, he thought shivering as he heard a bloodcurling roar. He snapped out of his thoughts as he heard it and stood up, summoning a staff out of light, it instinatly dimmed before disappearing.
"Wh-hat was that," He stummered looking around nervously as Coins landed on his shoulder, her eyes wide with fear.

"Maybe it was nothing, there's all sorts of odd creatures around here.." He trailed off nervously. Am I strong enough to do this? A few hours ago he would've said yes. But now.. his conflicted emotions and thought openly spilled out of him, and he tried to hide them from Tiffany but it was most likely to late. She knew, knew his feelings. The thought made him tremble in fear, causing Inferus to give him a worried look.

"What possibly could you have been running from where you cant just heal yourself with your thing."
Nyx continued to glare at them.

"Leave him," Tiffany said looking angry as her voice boomed in his head "Make me proud!"

Hayden froze as the creature came. It looked like a giant lizard, with green scales. It had six, wait eight legs and it ran over with incredible speed, it would be on them in a matter of seconds.

"Like you would k-" he was cut of as a giant lizard rammed into him, scooping him up in it's jaws. He yelled in pain as it bit down on him and grabbed his sword out, a pink sword. He swiped, cutting the lizard thing. It swiped the sword away with one of it's eight legs and smiled at him smugly.

Inferus nodded pleasantly to the lizard-creature, rising onto his two legs. "Get us out of here, please." Isaac whispered into the place that would have been the wendigo's ear. Roaring, the huge creature shook his head mightily, snatching Isaac up in his claws and fleeing. Isaac didn't fight, torn even though he had given the order. I.. I will do as you say. No matter what the cost, mistress. A few hot tears leaked from his eyes, but he wiped them away and scrambled up onto the wendigo's shoulder, a steady spot even with Inferus running. His guilt washed over him, but he had made his choice. He left Hayden to die, because after all he was just a grey.

Hayden froze as the lizard came closer and he summoned his spear, it still glitching in and out of sight. J
He lunged forward, ignoring the tears that streamed down his cheeks as he stabbed the lizard. The lizard yelped and backed away. Hayden felt his anger raise up and went closer, stabbing and stabbing the lizard. Finally the lizard fell over and melted into the shadows, letting out one last hiss before it was gone.

Inferus informed Isaac of the lizard's fall, and the 'boy' gathered himself, hardening his features coldly and wiping away his tears. Mistress, the lizard has fell. Hayden must know by now I'm a traitor to him.. shall I finish it? He asked the wendigo to stop, loosening the dagger from his belt as he waited for Tiffany's decision, fully prepared to attack Hayden if that's what she asked of him.
