Maybe it'd be better if you ping everyone and say sessions will be at x times right at the beginning - so NY 2pm-3pm every Saturday. If people can not make it, they don't sign up.

Yea!
If you watch CallMeCarson, Traves, Jschlatt, ex. they have an SMP server but you need to be live to play. Yours could be an SMP but we don't need to be recording to play, but it's recommended to record while playing (not livestream)
But it's totally up to you :D

yeah mine is set with games and stuff but its under construction

would anyone be up for going onto my server and being the beta testers? and also, to play a bit? the only thing finished currently, save for the kits, are the survival words that you can enter in to play
