Flare. nice too meet you. im Aitan.* a voice popped up in Flares head, but it sounded different from the first.

Flare frowned. *Um... hi?*

Aitan chuckled your taking this better then most.

Flare said, *well, i just heard another spirit in my head. this is wierd.*

Aitan said, oh, yeah. i also gave something to your pet. i'll give you guys a moment.

Flare faced Stalker, and the chameleon looked back at Flare. eventually a thought - no, a mental link - popped up in Flares head.

Flare, whats going on?

Flare was just shocked, but he said, *Um... you have telepathy, Stalks.*

WHAT!?!??!!?

Flare said to the others, *You guys do have a voice in your head, right? well, mine gave Stalks telepathy. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!?*

Darling, we're going to have so much fun! You can tell me how everything works here in this year! What year is it anyway? Are drive in theater dates still a thing? What's with your clothes? I personally would have gone for a pair of daisy dukes.

The voice was nagging- and at once Diana knew the owner of the voice was also the owner of the beautiful eyes she had seen in the pictures. Aura. Her voice told Di that she had been young, but the way she talked made her seem nearly as old as Diana's mother.

You know who I am. Or, at least, you know what my name is. She giggled, a sound like tinkling bells. But her laughter stopped short as if she realized something important. Oh my! That means we have to start training you... they told us what would happen. The darkness will rise.

Suddenly, Fuyi felt a pressuring sensation in his entire body, heavy, suffocating but yet gentle like a stream with a force of a waterfall on his body, mind, and soul. He didn't say anything but just stood there as his vision was enveloped in a blinding light that felt like it was engulfing his entire body. "So this is heaven" was the single thing he could think of. His eye suddenly widen and his pupils dilated before they closed and the pressure on his body lifted.

Something was flashing, words kept on drifting and vision came in a haze.

But sometimes Fuyi could clearly see them,

A moon light sky surrounded in thick and green trees that looked it could touched the sky. A pair stood side-by-side, hands intervene. A boy and a girl. He had light brown hair that matches the color of the trees and golden eyes they illuminated in the night sky. There was a girl too, but she just a silhouette, black as the night sky. Fuyi couldn't tell what she really looked like but she seemed important to the boy.

Fuyi was confused at this but whenever he thought of the answer all he got was, "Arell".
"No more." Fuyi said silently as everything slowly disperse into light and back into reality.

Uhh... Hey? A voice tried a timid greeting, resounding in his head. Xyniu snarled quietly, and could almost feel the voice retreating. Could you maybe stop panicking? The voice requested. Xyniu snarled again, voice even lower, just quiet enough for himself.

Anywho, so I'm here to help you, I guess. I'm pretty sure the others are more excited- one of your female friends is probably suffering through an annoying voice asking about whether drive in theater dates are still a thing, or something like that.

Oh, shut up. Xyniu hissed. I don't need help from some straight-A student who was borderline depressed, thank you very much.

Okay, I was not depressed, I was just looking to get into a good college, something you don't seem to be doing. The voice snapped. Ugh, why did I have to pick you?

Shut up, Kian. Xyniu snapped back in his mind, the name coming to him naturally.

The others probably didn't hate their mental voices as much, huh?

"Hey, how many times dya think I have to hit my head to either knock myself out or knock this voice out?" Xyniu asked, voice dangerously, sweet, fanged smile present on his face. "Because it's getting really annoying and we already hate each other."

Pyro blinked. *huh. Me and Aitan are getting along fine. If you want, you could chat with Stalker. He got telepathy for some weird reason.*

Stalker faced Xyniu, and shyly waved his tail in greeting. Hey, Xyniu. And hello, Kian, is it? Anyway, hi. Sorry if Im being strange, having telepathy is weird.

Nadette looked over at the other people, thinking back to her voice.

So, Nadette, is that cool lottle diner still around the corner from this building? Or did it get shut down?

Nadette hummed for a second, recalling her drive here.

Nope, it is gone, sorry Cerina. Your name is Cerina?

Yep! It's Cerina, and the diner was really good, man, you would haved like it!

Nadette looked at the chaos around her, once again grabbing her box on cookies and deciding to eat a few.
She chatted to Cerina for a while, just about thinhs that changed or other topics.

Nat really just gave up on trying to make sense of all of this. She gladly just sat back down and ate her desserts.

"That sound's unhealthy, just try making friends with it, Darya seems nice enough" Anahita suggested.

So, student council president? Yoga? Swimming? You seem really well rounded, how do you have time to do it all? Darya asked.

Well, I have a pretty tight schedule, but I find it easy enough to manage, plus, I enjoy all the things I do, so it seems more like fun than an annoying task Ana thought back at her.

"Hey, Diana, what's your voice like?" Ana asked Diana's been my best friend for about as long as I can remember, she's super great, you'd like her
