The sun beat down yet he tried not to let it both him. It was warm not to say the least, unlike in the night. Right now he was crouched, the bow raised up to his face. The arrow whistled as it was flung through the air, marking the end to the rabbit's life. Once the body lay still the man stood, putting the bow over his shoulder before retrieving the kill. "Finally...food." But he had no way of cooking it, no unless he started a fire. That was only if he couldn't find a hot piece of metal to try first. He honestly rather eat the rabbit raw than have to start a fire.

Crystal bounded over buildings, and jumped across the wide gaps. She had to find something soon, or this world would be ******ed. She was coming to the edge of the city, and could see that there were less and less buildings to be found. Finally, Crystal spotted a large spire, that marked the burial grounds, from across a small clearing. She hopped ontop of a tree, then made one of the largest leaps shes ever made. She dove, feet first, into the air and barely made it to the top of the tree on the other side, not noticing the small figure down below. Crystal clung to the branches, panting.

After searching for a bit he managed to find a rather clean piece of metal that he was able to put on a rock. It took a few minutes before the metal was hot enough to cook the meat to any extent. "There, now just leave that to cook." With that he took his pack off and pulled out a book he had been reading.

Crystal shimmy shammy shimmy shammied (reference to Jacksepticeye) farther up the tree, to possibly see where the spire went. This caused a loud rustling in the tree. Being in nature calmed Crystal down a bit, but it was only temporary and she knew it.

The man froze. What was that? Slowly he reached for his bow notching an arrow in it before scanning the area around the camp he had made. When his search came up empty he lowered the bow yet didn't put it on his shoulder. If it happened again he would shoot.

She stuttered. She was still looking around seemingly terrified of something like she was waiting for something to pounce on her. Her eyes were glittering with fear as she whimpered gently.
