She picked up her head and gave a big fake smile, though her eyes showed her pain. "I'm fine, I'm just too sensitive." she said softly
"Okay..." Jaypaw laid his tail on her back leading her back to camp.

"H-He just... my father... well, he's my dad... and he wasn't... the best cat..." Jaypaw stammered, struggling to keep all hints of anger out of his voice. He looked away, then shook his head. "S-Sorry... just don't trust him. He's a liar, but he's good at lying. The whole clan will trust him, he's so good at being 'kind,' so that most cats adore him. Unless they're cats like you and me."
