Ember felt familiar fear well up in her, but then she heard Jora's yell. 'She needs help, A'ine.' She ran to Jora and threw her arms around her. "Jora. Listen to me! "You're alright. It's okay. Jora!" She hugged Jora, refusing to let go, despite A'ine's warning.

"At least let me come too!" said Orion, understanding Alderic's desire to make it up to Jora.

A'ine was a little scared for Ember. 'Ember! Get away from her! She sent standing up quickly and started running towards where the two were outside.

Alderic smiled. "Sure! I'm not about to stop you." He stood still when A'ine just got up and ran out the door.

Jora pushed her away. Her eyes looked like they were on fire and there was smoke all around her head. Her skin glowed a little in the shade of the mountains. "Leave me alone!" She yelled almost frozen to her spot.

A'ine was freaking out now. She didn't care who knew now. She jumped into Orion's mind and kept up with Jora's as it started spinning out of control. 'Orion! Jora's losing it and is about to hurt Ember! Talk to her!' She yelled into his mind trying to link up Jora's and Orion's. She hadn't realized she had said it aloud also but the hall was empty and no one heard.

Ember wanted to run, but she was frozen to the spot. Fear had once again gotten the better. All she managed to do was squeak out, "Jora!" She stood frozen in front of Jora, Shape shift idiot! Ember tried to shape shift, but it she couldn't. She was standing only a few inches from Jora, close enough to reach out and touch her. As she strained to shape shift, shadows began to wrap around her, as they always did when she tried to shape shift.

"Wha-?" Orion heard A'ine's voice. Before he even had time to get over the intial shock, he heard what A'ine was saying. And he felt Jora's fear. "Oh no, Jora..." he said aloud. He sprinted toward the door, abandoning his bag and sketchbook. Jora! Stop it! Jora! It's me! Orion! He had no idea if it would work, but he was desperate. Besides, A'ine had just spoke to him.

A'ine was scaed now. Ember wasn't moving and she was sure something bad was going to happen. 'Ember!' She yelled finally seeing the doors. She felt a little tried but kept running sure that her friend was in danger.

Alderic had heard A'ine too. He stood there frozen as Orion ran off. He picked up his and Jora's things and started following.

Jora heard something tickle at the back of her thoughts. She closed her eyes and put her hands on either side of her head. She turned way from Ember and walked a few steps. "Orion? I don't see you..." She said keeping her eyes closed. It started hurting holding the fire down. She sat down on the grass crying again.

A'ine didn't even think about what it might do but she didn't want to be the cause of any of what might happen. She slowed down running a bit and closed her eyes. She went deeper into Jora's mind, the pain hit her like a punch but she dared no retreat in case she couldn't get back. She tried clouding Jora's mind so that she couldn't see anything. 'Orion, she can't stop. Keep talking to her, keep her calm, while Ember moves.' She sent blocking out the pain from Jora's mind, she wasn't going to share it. 'Ember, move now!'

(Don't make Orion go out side yet...)

Orion nodded, knowing Jora had heard him last time, and tried again. "Jora, it's alright, calm down,you're going to be okay," he sent. He continued to run towards the doors.

Ember took a step back. Why can't I run?! Run you idiot! Ember heard A'ine's voice, but it was just a jumble around everything happening. She turned to run, and promptly fell down the steps. She gritted her teeth, and realize she tripped because she hadn't been able to see through the shadows. "Go away!" she yelled at them, but they stayed. She stood up to run blindly again. She quickly tripped a second time. How far away I am from her? I can't see a thing. She curled up on the ground trying to make the shadows go away. I don't want to transform! Leave me alone! A'ine!Don't go outside! Jora's about to lose it!

(Ember is a few feet from the bottom of the front steps of the school. So still pretty close to Jora.
Also, remember Orion has power over water, and fire's weak against water.)

A'ine knew that Ember was still too close to Jora for her liking. 'Ember open your eyes. I'll help you.' She sent still fighting of some of Jora's memories for her. She remembered what the school had looked like from the outside and placed what it looked like in the day in front of Ember's eyes. She was really getting tried. She felt Orion run past her. Her legs started buckling a little and she started falling.

Alderic was just behind Orion and he saw A'ine starting to fall. He ran ahead and pulled her arm around his shoulder. "Orion! Come over here!" He was starting to fall a little with her. "Just cause I was in a circus doesn't mean I was the strong man!" He couldn't help but add. He was a little nervous about what might happen to the girls if A'ine fell and hit her head.

Jora felt the voices starting to leave a little. She moved away from the castle a little trying to make sure she didn't make it catch on fire. She was still confused by everything. She thought she heard Orion but she couldn't see him.

Orion turned and nodded. "What happened? Actually,nevermind." he asked, taking A'ine's other arm and draping it around his shoulder. 'Jora. Listen. I'm here, I know you can't see me.' 'A'ine, stop connecting Jora and, I. I've already tried to calm her down, and your exhausted. Focus on getting Ember out of there.' He shape shifted, and turned to Alderic. "Put A'ine on my back. We're going to slowly," he said.

Ember stood. 'A'ine, your exhausting yourself! She concetrated, trying to get the shadows to go away, but they remained. She turned and ran away from the school. Panting, she leaned against a rock. 'You can stop now A'ine. I'm far enough away. She let go of A'ine's vision, and leaned against the rock. The shadows were still there, and she couldn't see anything. I hope Jora and A'ine are alright. A'ine just risked so much to help Jora and I. Ember felt extremely weak at the moment. I din't help at all. All I did was get in the way. she thought to herself. She wrapped her arms around her knees and buried her face in her lap, waiting for the shadows to go away.

A'ine shook her head. 'I'm fine. And no you're helping it's working. Just keep talking to her...' She sent to Orion trying to hide her tiredness. A'ine concentrated on Ember for a second more. 'You did help. You have no idea how easy you made it for me to find Jora with you next to her.'

Alderic was a little surprised that Orion was a dragon. He knew that he wasn't in his class but hadn't remembered what he had told him earlier. "I've got her. I just wasn't ready earlier. You go ahead." He said sitting A'ine down carefully.

Jora kept running she was super confused. She didn't know what was happening. 'Jora, I'm keeping you safe. Orion doesn't know what's happening either.' A'ine sent to her without sending it to anyone else. Jora nodded taking a deep breath. 'You've seen everything?' A'ine smiled as Jora asked. 'Yes, but I'm not watching the too closely. If you let go right now no one will see...' She said quietly. Jora nodded and let out a shaky breath. Instead of smoke she saw some flames coming out. She sat down and looked up at the sky. A fire ball come out of her hand and she willed it to go up. She stood up and looked at her shaking hands. They weren't glowing anymore. She started walking back towards the castle.

A'ine started letting go of Jora. She opened her eyes and stood up as she felt a little better. She felt a little something that scared her from Jora as she let the last few things go to her instead. 'Ember! Jora's going to fall!' She sent yelling a little as she sent the field of vision from Jora to Ember.

Ember snapped her head up. She stood, up and shoved at the shadows, using the field vision as she ran. She didn't bother saying anything to A'ine, because she knew where she was anyway. She saw Jora, and found that the shadows were beginning to disperse. She could only see wisps through the shadows, but it was enough for her to see Jora. She ran in front of Jora and caught her.

Orion nodded. 'Jora, are you alright?" he asked, hoping the worst of it was over. He wondered if she could reply. He turned to Alderic. "I'll be back in a sec. I just want to make sure they're okay," he said, turning and running to the door. He shape shifted back.
