She examines it closely, trailing one finger along one of the crystals. "Hm. How... strange." She murmurs, mostly to herself before getting a little louder to show she's speaking to him- "it's a mix of diamond, quartz, and tourmaline. But it's... strange, there's no trace of any sort of rocks it could have come from and there's no way these crystals could have mixed like this."
She hands it back to him. "Where is it you found this?"

"That makes it even weirder." She frowns. "The diamond makes sense- that's an igneous material. Same with the quartz. But tourmaline is metamorphic, meaning it couldn't have formed there, especially in this color."
