Val snarled as she darted across the roof, she leaped onto the next roof growling and snarling loudly. Kit lay down with a worried whimper.

Red quickly flagged her down, jogging alongside. "Valery!" He shouted, making sure he spoke directly into her mind. "Snap out of it, this ain't you!"

Sonic pat Kit on the head. "We'll be fine."

Val's mind couldn't comprehend what Red was saying, she snapped at the Mobian, viciously snarling.

Kit shook her head, "I'm worried that Val will do something she'll regret." she said with sad floppy ears.

The nip harmlessly phased right through him. This isn't working... Red lamented. ...Alright. Second option. He shifted slightly, making his form momentarily tangible, then tackled Valery down.

"Don't worry." Sonic tried to soothe her.

Val tried to scramble away, yipping and growling loudly.

Kit just gave a nod.

"Shadow!" Red called. In three seconds, the dark hedgehog was beside him and attempted to restrian Val.
"Come on kid, snap out of it!" Red tried again now that he no longer had to focus on keeping her still.

Val let out a growl as the hedgehog tried to touch her, she snapped at Shadow with her sharp fangs. Deep inside her mind, Val was trying to regain control, she almost regained control when her wild side ripped the reigns of control from her domestic side. "NO!!!" she shouted. Val faltered in her attempts of escape as she momentarily became aware of what she was doing.

(Basically she will have an inner war with herself whenever the scent of blood reaches her nose)

"Can't you take control?!" Shadow snapped at Red.
"But that's invasive!" Red argued.

Val began to struggle again as her untamed side took control again. "Nononononono, I DON'T WANT TO HURT THEM!!!" Val shouted in her mind, her wild side shouted back with equal force, "YOU WANT CONTROL!?!? GET STRONGER YOU WEAKLING!!!" "I'M NOT WEAK!!!!!" Val shrieked as she ripped the reigns from her wild side with such ferocity it shrank into the recesses of her mind. Val regained control and passed out from the mental exhaustion.

(What do you think I should call her wild side? Something that means wild maybe?)

(....Nora. Let's call them Nora. It's Japanese for "feral".)

"Valery? Kid?" Red spoke, softly.
Shadow grunted and picked her up. "We're leaving. I'll com the others and tell them to meet with us back at your home. You stay with her and make sure she stays stable. Understood?"
Red sighed. "....Fine." He gave, establishing a mental link with Valery and dropping his visible form. "I've got her."

Sonic's com buzzed in his ear. "Hang on..." He told Kit, answering it. "Sonic here.... Oh yeah? Great! ....But what about...? Oh, okay. Gotchya. See you in a bit."
The hedgehog sighed and gave Kit a pat on the head.
"Who was that?" Holt asked.
"Shadow. He flagged down Val, but he wants us to leave."
