The spirit adressed Hagin again. Looks like your choice has been made. His form lit up, and two Hyudoro sprirts appeared beside him. You first. The glowing spirit said in an exageratedly polite tone.

Knuckles snarled and held fast. "Guess not, huh?"

Amory, Selkie asked.

Hagin let Rookie go and spoke into the pen, "Destroy the ghosts take no mercy." The chip activated causing the nerves in Gadget to respond to the chip.

Hagin used the Phantom Ruby to attack the Hyudoro.


Ajal's eyes flashe purple for a second, ''Hagin.'' He managed to get out before his eyes turned toxic green again and he attacked with a fury.

The spirit seemed to wink at him, though his tone was serious. I thought I told you to keep away from the Emeralds, Waverider.

Rookie wimpered and shook for a second, trying to fight back against the programming, but the effort was fruitless. His eyes flashed toxic green and he turned to face the spirts, growling softly. Burst hovered around the wolf pup's head, chirpping in panic, though Rookie didn't seem to hear.

The Hyudoros weaved out of the way of the wave of energy, glaring at Hagin. One of them moved in and attacked with a vengance.

Knuckles' eyes narrowed at the name. "So, he's that new presence." He muttered, hurling another swift punch.

I haven't gone near them except to help the current guardian, Selkie winked back.

Hagin knew enough about fighting ghosts to know how and when to attack.



Ajal wasn't knocked out because the programming refused to him be.

Amory made a humored face. Help? You know we don't like that. He glanced back at Hagin, tone getting serious again. Right. Kaladin, Waverider, get that pup away from here. He won't stand a chance if things get bloody. Me and the Hyudoro will take care of Mange here untill you return.

Of course! Kaladin barked.

The Hyudoro tag-teamed on and off; One attacked while the other circled Hagin.

Knuckles backed up a pace and growled softly. "Fight back." He said, voice intense.

Selkie nodded and became tangable, Come on wolfie. Let's get you somewhere safe.

Hagin growled finally getting bored, "Why are you here anyway Hyudoro? What do you ow to this 'protector'?"

Ajal got back up breathing hard as the chip doubled it's efforts as Ajal attacked.

The Hyudoro didn't answer, and Amory smirked confidently. Purpose. These are Hyudoro we're talking about. His tone shifted again, solem. Poor creatures. They died in either fear or anger, and forgotten what they once were. He paused for a moment, then went on thoughtfully. Almost like you.

Rookie lunged at Selkie, and Kaladin herded him onward.

Selkie picked up his pace a little.

"I'm not dying today certianly not to you," Hagin teleported elsewhere.


Ajal had an almost pitying look in his eyes when he tried a feeable bite at Knuckles.

The Hyudoro hesitated and looked to Amory for guidence. Two can play at that game. Come. He assured them, then drew on the energy coursing through the ground. There was a flash, and they were gone.

"Try. Harder." Knuckles growled, jerking his arm back and out of the way.

Ajal was exusted by the effort and ontop of the chip working at full power.

Selkie followed Kaladin, I missed this feeling.

Hagin was back in the guild hall with his guild around him, "Beat that ghost."
