Kaladin stepped down onto the shore and slipped quietly into the water.

Seaweed felt the motion in the water and swam toward it.

Kaladin grimaced, but pressed onward.

Seaweed bumps Kaladin lightly letting him know he's there.
Selkie quickly surfaces looking around.

Kaladin glanced at Seaweed and smiled.

Seaweed smiles back, You want back at him?

The young echidna inclined his head in affirmative.

Then I'm gonna stay out of your way just be careful, Seaweed swims off leaving a mini current in his wake.

Kaladin waited for the current to clear before advancing.

(They can actually hold their breath for a decent amount of time.)

After about thirty seconds the current disappeared.
Selkie swam through the water using his whiskers to feel for any possible obstacles.
