Scias held back another laugh before shooting Hexic a glare.

"Don't call her princess, bad enough when X does it, dude."

"Oh whoa, X was calling her that too? I must find new name for choild then."

"I agree wholeheartedly." She looked up at Hexic's face. "So you're just going to let me lie on the floor with a bullet wound or what?"

"Wait. Wait what? Um... mkay". He reached down and started to heal Corasi.

"Thank you." She started to stand up again, and regained her balance. "I guess I could have used my tail as a second leg, but I've never really tried before."

She didn't mind getting to punch him, so she settles on a good ole' fashioned gut punch. Before she even had time to question it, she spun around to deliver her blow. She was hoping that the whole 'princess' comment was enough to get him distracted.

(Still listening to the history of the world.)

"No.. I mean with the human he was. Think her name was Bayleaf or Sage or something.."
He reeled back momentarily from the punch.

"Close enough, kid." X dropped down to the ground in the form of a large bird, letting Basil off his back.
He shifted back to human form, rubbing slightly at his neck with a wince.
"You know it's not easy at all carryin' people around, girl. Swear you were goin' to break my scutes. And you." He looked sternly at Corasi.
"You're a real hard one to track down. Lucky you still had that communicator on ya so I could triangulate the thing, but had I known you were kickin' around an army lab.."

(No Scias was.)

"I mean, if we're going to do things that we might regret later on..." she roundhouse kicked Zethrin in the side. "Now I don't have to feel like a mean person. Why were you tracking me?"
