,, Yes, but not always. Theyve had pre-set rulers long before the royal family changed the country to be all about them instead of about everyone. ,,

,, The foxes have always had their rulers chosen for them. However, their kings and queens used to make sure laws focused on the good of the entire country, not just the good of themselves and the army. ,,
