Guards were running past her and her guards to protect the castle, some shifting as they are running, clearly unable to control their loyal Lycans.

Alex howled, and her pack ran alongside her. She sprinted inside, grabbed armor and a sword, threw the armor on, and raced out, hopping on a horse near the stables. Her pack was by her side, growling.
(Can I do something when the fight begins that will blow your mind?)

Caspian was close, he could smell Alpha Moon's pack, they were coming in on the West and East.

Alex said to a guard, *get the guards to protect the east and west sides of the kingdom. However, make some protect the north and south as well. We will not be open to attack.*

One of the many guards with her nod and begins to bark orders at the guards who sprint to the castle to get the rest. Three minutes later there is a wave of Guards sprinting in all different directions, some shifting the moment they walk out.
Caspian is still sprinting, he is in eye view of the castle now.
