i snickered and took a step forward and stepped on a bolt, "ouch!!!" i yelped in pain and shock, i hopped on my good foot and rubbed my hurt foot.
(his shoes are thin)

i sat on the grass and rubbed my foot while amy easily walked across the lawn into the garage without stepping on one single nut or bolt.
