Her ears perked up upon hearing that the strange creature had been the one to stop the beast, "Ah, so it was you!" she replied cheerfully. She looked at them expectedly, "So, how did you do it?" she asked, looking at her wound again, "and if you don't mind, I could try and heal that for you. I haven't really got to try out any healing magic, but I'd like to have somewhere to start."
(Gonna roll a d20 for this. Kinda plan on doing this a lot just for the heck of it.)

Eiqua freed her arms from her cloak, placing one underneath the injured arm, and the other over it as she listened to the creature's story. She smiled, "That's not quite what I was expecting to hear, but if the beast is gone, it's gone, now stay still." She concentrated her magic towards her hands, which quickly gave off a blue-green glow. Not expecting the magic to flow as fluidly as it did, Eiqua found herself using almost too much magic, feeling it starting to surge through her body and making the light glow ever brighter, her eyes beginning to shift to a pale pink color. She managed to catch herself before it could get too strong though, and soon it was back to the level it should have been, her eyes returning to their white color.
She took a few deep breaths as she finished, stabilizing herself. She smiled once again as she moved her hands away from where the wound had been, "There, see if that did the trick." She could still feel the excess magic settling back into the gems on her body, leaving a dull pain in her hands as the magic moved away from them.
(Forgot to put originally that I rolled a 17. Sorry about forgetting to add that.)

Snowfire left the conversation to pull something out of her coat pocket and look at it, before saying
"Lingerers can be tamed though, if you get them to eat their own scale. If you tame one, you'll be one of the most unstoppable people in Avantia."
