Sofie shrugged. "Irememberseeingsomethingonthepapersthatwecangowheneverwewantto, solongaswedon'tmissourtests." She said quietly her hand tapping a bit more quickly as she got more nervous. "Doyou... Wanttocomeintomyroomforabitandknocklistningtomymusicoffthelist?" She ask quietly holding her breath a little.

"I guess we can go to your room. But are you good at your music is the question." Kane opened the door to go to the eleventh floor. "Ladies first."

Sofie swallowed a little. "Iwasgood. Reallygood... Butthenthewholespeedthinghappened..." She said sadly unlocking her door. "Itmessedupalotofstuffinmylife." She said not smiling anymore. "Sitwhereeveryoulike." She said looking at her guitar.

Kane nodded. He went to go sit on her bed and listened.

Sofie swallowed a little. So didn't want to hear her music be butchered by her voice or bad playing right then. She bite her lip. "WouldyoumindifIjusplayedsomethingbesidesoneofmysongs?" She asked taking off her jacket throwing it neck to him on the bed before picking up her guitar sitting on top of it. She shook her head a little as she tuned it.

"I guess you don't have to play one of your songs. I don't mind." Kane watched Sofie, hoping he wasn't blushing.

Sofie nodded a little swallowing before clearing her throat, blushing a little, both from noticing how close they were and from being nervous about how it would sound. "Nojudgingmeifitsoundbad." She said biting her lip as her fingers strummed down the strings, her other hand holding a cord. She hummed a little closing her eyes. She focused on her guitar and the song. "Attwentyyearsofage..." She started swallowing again at the speed of her voice. She cleared her throat again. "I'm still looking for a dream..." She sang smiling a little when it sounded perfect. Her singing voice sounded a bit deeper then would be expected and was a little raspy. She continued the song playing it through a bit more slowly than it should have been just to make sure she didn't speed up again.

After Sofie was done, Kane started clapping. "That was great. Why would I judge you?" Kane got up and stretched his legs. "I'm going to go to my room now, goodnight!" He walked out of the room and walked upstairs to his room. He changed his clothes and turned off his light. Kane walked over to his bed and laid down. He closed his eyes and went to sleep.

Sofie didn't like how quickly Kane left. Was he just saying it was good or did he decide he didn't like her anymore? She shook her head laying down on her bed. She used her speed to turn off the lights and change into some pjs before laying back down and falling asleep.

Kane woke up in the morning, the light shining through the window. He sat up and grabbed his phone and texted Sofie. 'Good morning! I am going to come down to your room if that is fine!' He got up and turned on his light, getting dressed. Kane opened the door and flew down to Sofie's room. "Hey Sofie! It's Kane!"
