Knuckles prevented Ajal from doing so with a sharp left hook from behind. "Cool off!" He bellowed, immidiately following up with a jab and an uppercut.

Ajal turned his toxic green eyes on Knuckles and did the same thing to Knuckles that Knuckles had done to him while drawing in the emerald for power.

Knuckles managed to avoid everything except for the uppercut. He stummbled back again, then snarled and tackled Ajal to the ground, pressing his spurs against his throat. "I. Said. Cool. OFF." His voice was unwavering, his tone domineering, and his stare colder than the snow around them, as if letting Ajal know that he was more than capable of knocking the daylight out of his opponent and his patience was steadily waning.

Ajal's pacience was thin as well and the green was getting worse.

Knuckles eyed Ajal... well, glared at him, more like, not letting him back on his feet.

Ajal's toxic green eyes flashed red for a second allowing himself to be pinned while disarming himself before they turned green again.

The echidna eyed the wolf steadily, waiting...

Ajal tried to attack.
