Kaladin gave Kai a soft pat. "You be careful, alright?"

Kai nods once, I'm always careful.
Douglas sees the kit squirm and gently puts her on the ground.

Locke smiled. "Well, Ah think is suits 'er." he remarked.

"I do as well," Douglas agrees.

Locke waved his tail. "So Ah suppose this means she's stuck with us now."

"Yes she is," Douglas says.
"About that," Skipper interupts as he recieves a cold glare from Douglas, "I think Bella should be with you but we no longer have a home and where are you going to live until it is build?"
"I hadn't thought of that," Douglas mutters.
"Its gonna be cold when we get there and if you sleep in the open you are going to be exposing Bella to the elements."

Kaladin looked at the floor. "...I can burrow." He said softly.

Skipper scoffs, "Burrow in the winter in the marshlands? You're asking to get swallowed by quicksand or those dangerous pits."
"He's right Kaladin," Douglas agrees.

"I wouldn't know." Kaladin shrugged.

"Best not to dig," Douglas says, "and Luner's courtasy is used up so what if we asked never mind they have enough mouths to feed without us adding to that."
