Kate watched both the tv and D's eyes. She jumped as the cable came off the boat, causing the cage to go 47 meters down to the ocean floor

One of the sisters gets out of the cage to swim up to try to reach the captain over the radio, leaving her sister in the cage at the bottom of the ocean floor

"I know," Kate whispered back, side-ways hugging D, her eyes still wide. The girl that went out contacted the captain, and he said that he was sending someone down with a winch and that she needed to get back into the cage immediately
