Sonic's ears went erect, then swiveled, picking up the source of the sudden noise. "Roars." He said pointedly.

"Yep."

"And we're gonna follow them, of course." Sonic added.

The two snow lepoards faced off and fought savigaly.
Tails watched in horror.

Sonic's ears pressed back as he watched, and instinct screamed at him to break the dueling leopards up. In fact, he would've spindashed them both smak in the face already if brotherly instinct didn't take priority. He instead wrapped an arm around Tails.

Tails looked a little shocked at the fighting.

Kini and his brother fought bitterly, all of the hatered one had felt for the other in this fight.
"You're no longer the scrawny runt that mom threw out," His brother pointed out.
"The war changed everyone," Kini went for his brother's eyes.
The other lepoard defended and scratched at Kini's chest.

Sonic glared at the leopards, then glanced back down at Tails. "C'mon, let's get outta here. This isn't the sort of fight you break up." He suggested.

Tails nodded once in agreement before waling back toward the Press.
Kini and his brother kept fighting neither would stop until the other fell or backed down. Neither brother would ever back down.

Sonic escorted his friend back, occasionally casting a glance over his shoulder. Interfere? Don't interfere? Would they really maim each other his he did nothing, or would it be better that way? He huffed, arms folded and ears twitching in frusteration.

After about two hours Kini's brother had to surrender. Kini claimed his brother's territory and banished into exile before walking to the Press.
