Jules nodded. "Okay... But." She stopped herself from asking another question and shook her head. "Thanks." She looked at him and started walking to the door. "Don't forget to clean your face." She said handing him the piece of bandanna.

Nathaniel looked at his mom as she leaned back looking like she was falling asleep. He smiled a little.

Margo frowned. "Her leg will get better though right?" She asked hopeful.

Miles smiles. "Yes it will." The whole time he prayed he was not lying to the girl.

Rick looks down at his hand. "How did this happen to me?" He dips the bandana in a bucket of clearing water. He wipes his face. He walks to the door but does not go in. He sighs putting a hand on the door. He pushes the door open and walks inside

Margo touched Brenda's tangled hair. "Kelly would be having a fit at how we let our hair get ruined." She said a small smile creeping onto her face.

Jules shrugs and follows him in. "Maybe you had something to live for.." She had a small smile. "Just wondering what makes you love Kristine? Like what about her do you love the most?" She asked thinking about how people might love each other.

Rick smiles. "It's the fact that she has no one else but her son. She had been turned down forgotten until I said I loved her. Now, if I can stay alive, she will neve be alone again." He looks around. "Now where is Carl?"

Miles looks at her. "Tell you what." He bends down to her level. "How's about out we go find a brush?"

Jules stopped in her tracks. "That's it? You love her because she has no one else to?" She shook her head at him. "And here I was asking for your opinion..." She said walking past him feeling like an idiot.

Margo shakes her head. "No. I want Kelly back..." She said starting to cry. "I want my mom and dad back. I want my sister back. I want Andrew back. And that's never going to happen." She pulled her knees up to her face and cried into them.

Rick had not thought that through well. "Wait!" He catches up. "I was not done. Yes she seemed lonly but it was how she acted that made me truly fall in love. She is a great lady."

Miles was sgoked at her reaction. "Now now no need to cry."

Jules sighed. "What way did she act that made you fall for her?" She asked feeling a little better with her choice of person to talk to.

Nathaniel was getting a little worried. He knew Jules was in here somewhere. And she was with Rick. He felt even more uneasy about that thought. They should be back by now.

Margo didn't stop. "There is. Andrew is gone and Brenda is gone... Even though they're still h-here." She said her voice muffled by her legs and sobs.

Rick smiles. "She is kind and sweet. I just felt like I wanted to be with her." Rick looks at her. "Do you have, or had, any kids?"

Miles hugs her. "That's not what I meant. Look everything is alright."

Jules shakes her head smiling. "Noooo. I'm just barely at the reasonable age to start having kids." She said pressing on her hand as she felt blood dripping down her arm.

Margo pushes away from him. "No it's not. Breny's hurt Andrew may never come back and I don't think I want to be here any more." She said wiping at her eyes looking away from Brenda and Miles.

Rick smiles. "Come on, now! That's no way to think! I'm sure you want kids deep down inside."

Miles felt bad. "Sorry I could not help more."
