Jason nodded. "Some scales,if not including the fact that i sorta almost fully bled out in a pipe." Fatespeaker kept close, now small again but Shade stayed big,not sure about what was going on so was staying close to Puck.

Puck jogged at his side, his gaze intense and worried, but he made no move to touch him. If something is Calling, you have to go. It only gets more painful if you resist. Dont worry, though. He attempted a cheerful grin. Ill be right behind you.

Jason looked to him and nodded, giving a small smile with those cracked fangs. "Thank you." But he seemed scared despite how he tried not to,the white flooding over the maroon like paint over a canvas.

Jason strode through the forest like he was on a mission, ignoring all but the greatest obstacles. He scrambled over rocks and fallen trees, charged headlong down gullies, and walked through brambles and briar patches. Puck followed close behind, his worried gaze at his back. And so they continued their mad rush through the forest, getting farther away from Tir Na Nog and deeper into unknown territory. Night was falling when the weird spell faded at last, and Jason's feet stopped abruptly. Puck was beside Jason instantly, asking whether he was okay.

"I don't know...I just...stopped." He said, wrapping his arms around his torso. He hid a bit in his wings, now feeling the effects of his age of 17. He was only a teenager and wasn't 100% what was going on,so he felt pretty scared. The sick green pulsed softly at the edges of his freckles and wings as the white flickered with the faintest hint of hazy gray.

It seemed they had stumbled onto some sort of village. Simple mud and thatch huts lay in a loose semicircle around a fire pit, which was empty and cold. Bones, animal skins, and half-eaten carcasses lay scattered about, buzzing with flies.
Looks like an abandoned goblin village, Puck muttered. He looked down at Jason, smirking. Make any goblins mad lately, Jason?

He paled and took a few steps back, shaking a bit now. "I...don't think so...I'm not sure..."

"There you are," came a disembodied voice from somewhere near the edge of the trees. "You are late. I was afraid you had gotten lost, or eaten. "

Jason jumped and Fatespeaker squeaked a small type of ready for battle cry as her brother shrank back down and hid in Jason's hoodie pocket faster than the flash. "Eeee-!!!"

Puck grabbed his arm and pointed Jason toward the edge of the trees. An old log lay in the shadows just outside the village border, dappled by moonlight. One moment, it was empty. Then, the moonlight shifted, and a large gray cat sat there, bottlebrush tail curled around his legs, regarding Jason with lazy golden eyes.
