"My logic is for every mobian that tries to cover Selkie's shift is either injured or scared so badly that they refuse to work. Besides Douglas told me had to take it easy so I will be giving him the easy tasks like scrubbing the deck cleaning the cabins and the galley." Skipper explained. "I am trying to avoid lowering his rations but we have none to spare."
