Aether stood up and patted Leaf on the head.

Leaf continued to sleep. If a spirit can even sleep, he didn't know.

"If you don't need me anymore I plan on going back to the snow lands," Kini spoke.


Selkie nodded once, Suprises me still but then again what did made our karma great I suppose.


Ajal woke up about an hour later, "Sorry about that chaos controling zaps my energy."

Cobalt's ear pricked up. 'I-I mean, unless you feel like you need to do something...' his voice trailed off. He seemed a little surprised.

Aether walked up behind him. 'Hey Coba. So, what's happening over here...?'

Leaf drifted slowly alongside Aether, her eyes focused on his.

Indigo picked up the small rocks he had set down, so long ago. Fitting it into the keyhole of his cell door, he continued to jam more inside.

The officer noticed and pulled them out, "Give them here."


"Do you feel like you need me here," Kini asked Cobalt.

Indigo nodded, resisting the urge to smile in delight. He plopped all of the stones in the officer's hand. How little he knew...

'I mean...it'd feel weird, but I think Aether would need to be asked that question,' Cobalt said. Leaning in, he whispered, 'He gets attached to basically anyone very quickly, so he might want to fight. Not you, necessarily, but just anything.'

Aether's eyes darted between the two as he tried to gauge what was going on.

The officer put them down just out of Indigo's reach, "Now be good."



Kini looked at Aether, "Do you feel you need my help?"

"You actually believe in karma?" Kaladin asked.

Kini yawned revealing his fangs, "I feel good enough to travel if they don't need me."



Ajal looked up at Knuckles his ear twitching, "I've heard about these little creatures called Chows ar they real too?"

Knuckles stood up and began to walk off. "Follow me."

Ajal got up and followed, "So what are they and how did they get here?'


Kini looked at the very annoying hedgehog and got up.
