Jade froze, butterflies flying around in his stomach as he tried to take in what was happening, his face getting even warmer. When she spoke it jarred him out of his thoughts, "Ye-eah," He stammered nervously hugging her back.

"Yeah, we better go," Red agreed following him as he matched Mark's pace, he glanced at Rat, feeling worried, "I hope Rat is okay, she can be quiet sometimes. Like always quiet, she never talks at all, deffently like a rat. Why would someone try to hurt her? What do they have against her?"

"You sure?" Felicia asks Jade, noting his hesitation. She looks at his face, trying to decipher what he is feeling. "You positive. One hundred percent?"

"Never talks? She has spoken before I know from experience." Mark says quietly, repositioning her again as they reached the door. "And whoever tried is going to pay." Mark snarls.

"I'm fine," He says trying to look totally like a person who didn't have a huge crush on her, he could turn into a bat so his face wouldn't be red anymore but then they would stop hugging and he was just enjoying it while it lasted, "Maybe it was all the candy I ate?"

"She did? She must trust you," He whispered looking around like someone might randomly jump out, "You know she probably likes you, she rarely talks to me and I'm her brother, she must really like you," He was about to add he wanted revenge but he thought that Mark already knew and there was no point in riling himself up.

"Okay. No more candy for you." Felicia teases, backing up from him, a big smile on her face.

"Really? That seems kinda sad." Mark says, entering the nurses office and gently placing Rat on a bed(?I don't have much experience with this room xp).

Jade nodded, "Yeah, it would be best that I or you did not eat more candy," He laughed, a teasing glint in his eye as he felt his stomach unknot. He stood up and looked at her, "You want to go on a walk, I think it is break now," He said though he honestly didn't know what time it was.

Red nodded, "Maybe, that's just how she is though," He watched as Mark placed her on the table, "Do you think she will be okay," He asked feeling worried as he stared at Rat, hoping that she would just jump up any moment.
(Me neither, the last time I went to the medical place it was in kindergarten...)

"Okay." Felicia says, following him like a puppy follows a master. Once they get outside in the partial snow, Felicia shifts into her wolf form, and rolls around in the snow, barking gaily. "Come! Have fun! Snow angels, Snow ball fights. Anything!" Felicia barks with a laugh.

"I sure hope so," Mark says, backing away from the table. The smell. was. intoxicating. He always had hated the smell of a medical center and how it was always clean.

"Snow," Jade yells jumped into the snow and shifting into a bat, looking tiny as he got buried in the snow, "Help me," he said in a tiny voice squirming in the snow like crazy.

"What should we do while we wait?" Red asked giving Rat another worried glance. He hoped she was okay and would be up and running soon, "Maybe tag again or something?"

Felicia digs in the snow to free her friend from his cold prison. When he appears, Felicia drops into a playful bow.

"Or make sure she doesn't get nabbed the second we turn our backs by the ghost like thing?" Mark asks.

Jade laughs and starts flying in circles around her head, dipping low sometimes as he stuck his tongue out at her, "Can't catch me!"

"Yeah, we better stay here," Red said slowly as he sat down and stared at Rat as he chest slowly rised and falled, "I think she will be alright."

Felicia jumps up, powerful hind legs propelling her into the air. She lost track of time and place as she chases the green bat. "How are you green anyway? did you fly into a green paint bucket?"

Mark sits down as a wolf, and sits guard, ears swiveling to locate the smallest noise as he guarded a friend.
