The unconscious Nogar begins to slip as you run, so it's cluthmate grabs hold of it before scuttling into your backpack with it. You think you hear the Dragon exiting the cave, but it could be your imagination.

I bet it's definitely not my imagination because otherwise the narrator wouldn't have mentioned it. I run faster.

(I'm done with trusting narrators xD)
I continue to run west, but slow down a little.

(Good choice. We gotta add some stuff wrong or we would be giving too much info when we say right. We add what you hear, see, smell, but sometimes in real life it wouldn't stand out. Here whatever we post you notice and react to. So not everything is accurate. Gonna always react? Not always the best choice. XD
I am so sneaky!)
You slow down a little. The little Nogars have been bleeding worse as you kept running.

(That's not the point xD)
I stop and try to treat their wounds.

How will you treat them?
(Tip: you have to decide what to do. Be creative! In another game i had before, someone had to wrap an injury in seaweed to save a sea otter. Another time they had to wrap up a wolf's paw in a leaf after pouring fresh water over the wound. You have to look around, and use what you have. Sometimes it can come from your bag too, like when someone needed to cut a vine once. They used their knife. Much easier than a sharp rock.
You are in a big Forest. What could be helpful around here? Grass? Leaves from a bush? Flowers? Rocks? Water? Food? Dirt? Bark? Sticks? Roots? Do you have anything on your bag that could help?)

(Ahem. Here comes my herbal medical knowledge xD)
I look around for marigold to disinfect the wounds and poppy flowers for their seeds so I could numb the pain of the nogars if I could. Then, I look for some vines/long grasses and stiff short sticks to make a splint for any broken bones.

You look around the small clearing you are in, but don't see any water.
(You gotta say North East South or West if you wanna move a direction, just saying in case you forgot."
Right.
I continued west this time, looking for something to do.

You see a carcass of an unknown animal, with something smooth-skinned scrambling all over it and ripping off pieces of flesh.
She watched in horror, knowing it was already dead and she couldn't help it.
