Green tossed the person a Pokeball that held a Rowlet. "Here you go! The professor is..." Green's gaze swept the area. "Somewhere. Here's a Rotom Pokedex! I don't need one." Green threw the Pokedex to the girl's feet.

"Rude much," she snapped and picked up her rotom dex. She turned her back and walked away before checking the pokedex for damage.
"You ok?" She asked it.
" Zzz~ I've been better. That kid has always been mean." It said.
"Wow you can talk! Hey how about i give you a name? Like....Zap?"
"Zzz-Zap sound cool!"

With Zap named and safely in her bag Amber went outside and let out Rowlet.
"Wwwho~" it said.
"Zzz~ Amber-chan that's a girl rowlet. They're pretty rare." Zap said, letting itself out.
"Wow! Alright rowlet, how about i name you? You're an owl so something moonish...luna is soo over done. Ester? No. Aster, like astral! Yes thats not name! Wecome to the family Aster"

Green spotted Amber's Rowlet out of the corner of his eye. Huh... Is that a female? Green strode over to Amber, inspecting her Rowlet all the way there. "Strange." Green noted. "Your starter seems to be female. I thought all the starters were male." Green narrowed his eyes, before scanning Amber's Rowlet with his national Pokedex.

Green inspected Amber's Rotom Pokedex. "I should try and see if I can get a Rotom to possess my National Pokedex." Green frowned. "Too bad grandpa forbid me from getting more Pokedexes then the two prototypes I already have, the Kanto Pokedex and this National Pokedex." Green said. He looked straight at Amber's Rotom Pokedex, before shrugging. "Sorry Rotom."

Zap blew a robotic raspberry at Green. "Zzz~ I'd hate to be in your team."

Aster flew up and sat on Amber's head. She whoed at Green.

Green rolled his eyes. "Okay, okay. I thought you only woke up when someone turns the Pokedex on." Green murmured. "Whatever. I'm going to ask gramps and see if he can get me spare two Rotoms to experiment with. He/she should be able to possess my National Pokedex..." Green trailed off.

"You're a cute little Pokemon." Green said. He patted the Rowlet on her head. "What's your Rowlet's name?" Green asked Amber.

"Aster," she answered, a slight blush creaping onto her cheeks. Why did green have to be so close to her?

"Zzz~ experiment? We're still pokemon you know. We feel." Amber tried to stuff Zap into her bag but was rewarded with a, you guessed it, zap.

Green nodded. "Well, I said 'experiment', do you have a better word for it? I know you have feelings; I do have a Kanto team of six, and I was the third to ever complete the Kanto Pokedex." Green boasted. "But, for a lack of better word..."

"So, when we get to the first town, we should stock up on pokeballs and potions. Maybe revives and elixirs too," Ashley advised. Rowlett landed on her shoulder. "As for you mister, you need a good name... how does Kelsire sound?" Kelsire fluffed his feathers and nodded.
