B, explore the crater

Ember make s a fierce display of fire showing everything around that he is not to be messed with. Satisfied he laid down making sure the basket was in a place where it was protected but wouldn't have him roll on top of. He manages to sleep undisturbed for the night. Waking up he stretched his wings.

Zalisia makes her way down the crated sliding forward carefully. It goes much deeper than she anticipated, but keeps and going. Finally she makes it down to the very middle of the crater and looks around. The sky turns grey but Zalisia dismisses it. Scorch patters and delicate designs of ice make a beautiful picture.

Sylvia tries to communicate her confusion to the elves, but they don't seem to care. Seeing the expressions on the various faces she realizes that most show anger in their expressions. She doesn't understand why they are angry but decides not to try anymore. They prod her into walking up to the base of a tall tree, a strange wood and rope structure attached to the trunk. They indicate that she is to climb the structure.

Seranad returns to her nest, she wants to make sure that it is safe and to keep her presence common so nothing will think her home and territory are for the taking. Flying to her nest she checks on the egg and sees that it is in good condition.

Sylvia had enough of the elves hostility and decides to go on the offense. Surprising the elves she sends a huge flash of light to give time to escape. Quickly she sends a hard flash of frost towards one of the elves and then breaks away. She knows she doesn't have much time before the elves recover and she doesn't want to test their speed against hers.
