Orion looked at the drawing. "I haven't seen that one before. It's really good!" he said, wondering who's house it was. It was a beautiful mansion.

Ember looks at the drawing, and jerks her head up so quickly that her hood flew off without her noticing. "Whoa! That's good!" she says. She realized her hood was down, and immediately put it back on. "I wish I could draw like that," she says, more quietly. A'ine's really good at telepathy, Orion and Jora are both amazing drawers, but what I am good at? She looked down at the ground.

Orion noticed Ember's melancholy tone. He flicked her hood off her head, causing her to look up at him in surprise. "You should keep it off more often," he said, cocking his head and smiling at her.

A'ine couldn't help but glare at Ember. 'You're great at listening I should know. No one knows what I can do besides you and A'eda'n...'

Jora bit her lip. "He's right you know. Here I'll show you." She said taking the sketchbook back. She pulled out Naomi and started drawing the outline of Ember's face. "Just stay still for a little bit." She said smiling.

(Aww, they're all trying to get Ember out of her shell!)

'Thanks.... Ember felt a rush of gratitude toward the three people here, especially A'ine. Why are two people who just met me trying to get me out of my shell? she wondered, knowing A'ine would hear.

Orion pulled out his sketchbook. "You don't get all the fun," he said, beginning to draw both Ember and A'ine. "Ember," he said, pausing to draw a tricky part of A'ine's hair. "what monster are you?" he finished as he finished A'ine's hair. "A jabberwocky," said Ember, trying to move as little as possible.

A'ine smiled. Because you're great. She said matter of factually. "Um you aren't drawing me are you?" She asked freezing before she brushed her fingers threw her hair scared that it might mess them up if they were.

Jora looked around the two of them and thought to make Naomi into a pink pencil for her cheeks and lips. Hoping they didn't see.

I'd hug you right now if we weren't being drawn. Thanks. Ember once again felt grateful that she had met A'ine.


"Well I am anyway. Don't worry, you look fine!" Orion said, hoping the two of them liked how the drawing came out. "I don't have any colored pencils, so they'll only be a black and white sketch," said Orion as he worked on drawing Ember's eyes.

A'ine smiled. Well maybe you'll have time later. I check the roster for roommates a bit ago. She smiled rolling her head a little.

Jora smiled a little and bit it too worried that they might think it odd when her's was colored and she didn't offer him her colored 'pencils'. She leaned down over her book letting her hair fall over her face.

Who's your roommate? Ember hoped she was. Even though that was wistful thinking, she couldn't help but hope.

Orion put some finishing touches on A'ine. "Hey A'ine, what monster are you?" he asked. He had already drawn a jabberworcky behind Ember.

A'ine smiled. 'It's not who's my roommate it's who's your's.' She sent her a little image of the list of names and numbers. Her name was near the top with the number 16 next to it and Ember's was halve way down with the number 16 next to it. She looked up at Orion. "I'm a horned hippocampus."

Ember couldn't help but grin. I'm glad. She was also relieved. She was glad she wouldn't have to worry about liking her roommate.


Orion nodded and added it to his drawing.

A'ine's head itched. "Can I move now?" She asked making sure she wouldn't ruin the whole drawing.

Jora finished finally adding the last streaks to her hair.
