Yuri manages to stay on Kage's back from years of experience. Winter who was standing, was knocked off Kage. She grabs Kage's claw and hangs there. The roc dives at Yuri who tries to pull her blade out, but the sword is stuck in its sheathe. She screams and throws up her arms to guard her face when it screeches angrily and flies of a distance. Yuri sees Winter, her hand up and the roc has a spear embedded in its leg. Yuri leans down and holds out her hand to Winter, who grasps it and is pulled up onto his back. "Thanks,"
said Yuri. Winter shrugs and looks back at the roc.

Brom: he grabs the roc and the two start to fight.

Kat: she changes to a cat and starts to fall to the ground, the whole time smiling to herself. she lands in the river and follows the same path as Theta.

Caleb: He looked around for the small ferret. 'Millen, where are you!? Plants don't grow in stone, ya know!?' He thought, looking around.

Millen: 'And ya know you can wait till I get there, i'm halfway there...' He thought, continuing to scurry through the roads.

Caleb: 'Not completely reassuring if somebody just told you that there is somebody close by, that may be hostile, if you know what I mean!' He thought back, as he scanned the area, he wasn't going to run, especially if the man is injured.

Millen: 'Well sorry I don't know how to teleport!' He thought, as he neared his destination.

Alex: "go! you dont have to die for me, i can hold my own." he tries to stand. the footstep draw nearer, and a group of men can be seen through the shadows of the alley.

Man #1: "well, well, well. looks like we have two this time. Roe you get the young one, i will get Alex."

Roe: "yes sir." he advances toward Alex and Caleb, drawing his sword.

Kage lands on the ground, not daring to enter the fight in fear that he'll hurt Brom.

Yuri slides off Kage and sat next to the river. Winter sat beside her, silently watching the fight. "Winter, are you okay?" asked Yuri, looking at Winter's distant eyes. "Huh? Wh- Yeah, I'm fine," said Winter. Yuri looked at her worridly and met her eyes.

Kat: she swims to shore a big smile on her face. "i have not had this much fun in years! now if i were a man of Theta's size then i would have floated down stream a ways. Away!" and she starts to swim down stream.

Brom: he tears at the bird and comes out victorious, with only a small cut under his eye. he lands by the girls.

"Thank you, but would you mind me asking who you are?" asked Yuri. Winter stood up and turned to th dragon, but didn't say a word.

Brom: 'i am Brom, and my owner is Kat Charger have you seen her?' he looks around worried about where Kat may be. "she has a knack for creating trouble."

Kat: she cruises down the river. "i just love the water!" she feels like singing but to save the ears of the animal near by she re frames from singing. She spots Theta on the bank, bruised and beaten. she heads toward him.

Theta; he starts to doze off, tired from his long day of death and fighting for his life.

Kat: she hops ashore still a cat. "hello Theta!" she says trotting up to him.

Theta: he flinches and looks at the cat. "how do you know me?" he asks.

Kat: she changes into a girl. "that's how. now are you hurt any where?"

Theta: "i hurt my leg earlier, and i bumped my head but i think that is it."

Kat: she rolls up his pants leg. "did you wash the cut before you stitched it up?" she says looking at the now beet red cut on his leg.

Theta: "we had no water." he closes his eyes now very tired.

Kat: she looks up at the sky, the sun is starting to set. " you stay here i need to get fire wood and put so water on the boil." and she heads off in to the woods, humming to herself.

Theta: he slowly slips into a fever caused sleep.
