I stared hungrily at the cooking boar. "Why can't we just eat it raw?" I asked, wanting food. I prefered it raw anyway.

"Because mitsuki is to used to human life" i told moonshadow. "I for one, am having it raw" i said as i took most of the meat to spread between moon, me, amd tako.

I immediately tore off some meat and dragged it away from the others. As much as I liked being in a pack, I liked a little solitude. I stared out at the darkening landscape. The mountains pierced the sky and tiny stars peeked out of the darkness. I turned to look at the pack. Tako and Mijako were busy eating and Mitsuki was cooking. I turned back to stare at the mountains before finishing my meat. Then I continued to just stare into the dark.

When night occured and tako was asleep, i slipped away quietly. I went to the mountains. I foumd the perfect place to set camp. It was between two peeks and wassurounded, hidden by dozens of mountain trees. And nearby was a perfect place for training. It was a cave, hollowed out with wind, with soft dirt covering the ground. I decided to start setting up the camp. I was weaving sticks amd twigs in the bushes to make the dens safe, when there was a huge crash that cause the ground to shake violently. It was then that it happened. Things began falling! I ran to the cave where it would be safer. As soon as i got to the back, rocks began to fall into the opening. I was trapped!

I saw Miyako run off into the night toward the mountains. I didn't follow her but kept and eye on the direction she was headed. Suddenly, the ground shook again. The others slept through it, although I had no idea how. Luckily, we were in a clearing in some bushes so nothing fell on us. Then i remembered Miyako. I sprang to my feet and followed her scent, leaving signs for the others to follow if they woke up. I reached the mountains and gasped. Trees were strewn everywhere and great holes and cracks had been split in the earth. "Miyako!" I cried, as I followed her scent further up the mountain. I came upon a clearing with a pile of rocks. "Miyako!" I yelled again. I heard a tiny voice from the rocks. "Moonshadow?" It was Miyako! I ran to the pile. "Hold on! I'll get you out!" I surveyed the rock, looking for an opening. If I tried to move them, they might collapse on me or on her. Maybe I could... "Miyako! Dig under the rocks!" I summoned some shadow moles to help me and we began to dig. Then we hit a rock bottom. We dug up, but the rocks were on unstable ground now, and collapsed. The moles disappeared and Miyako was higher up. At least she would be able to leave the den now. I reached for the roots around me and they created a den for me that the rocks fell on top of. Unfortunately, one struck me on the head and I was still buried. I blacked out.

I dont know what to do! Moonshadow is out cold, and shes trapped in her own netting. If only tako and mitsuki were here!

I awoke groggily in darkness and coughed on dust. My head ached and the only thing that kept the rocks of me were the roots which were slowly cracking under the weight. If there was another aftershock... I shuddered to think of what would happen. My throat was dry and my paws were coated in dust. I didn't have enough energy to use magic. I wondered what happened to Miyako. Was she still up there? Or had she left? The roots creaked and some rocks shifted, but nothing else happened. I sighed and lay my head on my paws. "Miyako?" I yelled, wondering if she could hear me.

I decided to use my power. If i filtered water through the rocks, they would shift away! I sent spurts of water into the rocks, they began to shift under the water. Then tako and mitsuki came running in. Its about time!

I was weary so I fell asleep again. I awoke to water up to my chin. I gasped and tried to stand. I was afraid of water. When I was omega, they held me underwater, or threw me in a river as punishment. The rocks began to shift along with the roots. The trickle of water became a stream. The rocks began to shift more. The cavern I was in was almost filled with water. I took a deep breath before the water closed over my head. Suddenly, the rocks burst away. I dodged them and swam for the surface, but the water and rocks swept me away. I struggled to get out of the avalanche and broke the surface, gasping for breath. Tako saw me and ran downstream of me. I turned toward him and he heaved me out of the water and rocks. I collapsed on the ground, soaking and gasping for breath.

That was strength taking! I sighed, tired. Then everything went black as i fainted.
