Kini crept back to the couch and laid down.
"Okay be careful," Tails spoke.

Ajal took a deep breath and did it again.

"I'm always-- Wait, no, you already shot down that arguement-- I'm usually careful." Sonic said before walking off.

Knuckles, steadily opened his eyes again. Back where they started.

Tails nodded.
Kini was thinking about something while on the couch.


Ajal tried one last time.

"Wait Ajal, I don't think--" Knuckles started, but was a bit too late.

Sonic glanced over at Kini. "Hey~!" He chimed.

"Think what," Ajal asked after they landed.

"Hi," Kini spoke not sounding happy in the slightest.

"...I think you should stop now. Don't wanna burnout." Knuckles said dryly.

"Moody, are we?" Sonic asked.

"I should be back near the press protecting the snow lands," Kini growled.

Ajal nodded and dismissed his emerald, "You never told me who Tikal was."

Knuckles glanced at him wearily. "I dunno. It's a long story."

Sonic just shook his head and smiled. "No can do. Not like you can fight off tresspassers in your condition, anyway."

'I can throw a certain blue hedgehog out onto a certain mat in front of a certain house," Kini threatened.

Ajal glanced at the ground, "Never mind then."

"I have a high tolerance to electricity, actually." Sonic replied cooly. "And even if I didn't... well, you'd have to catch me first."
