"Definitly Resistance fighter then," Tails agreed.

"Okay just saying," Ajal frowned, "I'd be more comfortable chaos controling a crate or something like that just in case something happens though."

Luna frowned, "No it's not it's going to dry and ruins these pants though."

Knuckles gave Ajal a flat stare, clearly not taking no for an answer.

Rookie glanced at his boots and the lower portion of his shirt. "I have a change of clothes, but I don't wanna put them on until I get this stuff--" He gestured to the pipe. "--Off me. Studiopolis is the next city over. We can probably get a hotel there for the night." He suggested, then added, "And a bathtub."

Sonic nodded. "Must be nice to be respected like that though. Healthy dose of ego booster."

"Yep. Sonic do you think Kini knows about the legend of the Snow Beast during the resistance," Tails asked.

"Okay fine you win," Ajal gave.


"Agreed," Luna started walking toward Studiopolis.

"Legend of the what now?" Sonic asked. "Sorry, I was in space jail most of that time. Infinite wasn't very chatty. and Eggman said nothing useful."

Rookie trotted along behind, tail waving slightly.

"About time." Knuckles said with a soft growl.

Ajal frowned, "If this goes wrong don't blame me."


"The legend of the Snow Beast. The Snow Beast was a legend in the snow lands and was responsible for rescuing a group of mobians about to be roboticied* as well as a bunch of other stuff including facing off with a couple of Egghead's top robots." Tails told him.

Luna kept walking trying not to think of the oil.


(*Don't know if Egghead did that still but he did when he was Robuttnik.)

(Let's go with it. At least a few Mobians joined up with the guy, and that seems like something he would do with most of the world under his thumb.)

Sonic smirked. "Well, I gotta hand it to a guy that can take a Super Badnik." He remarked.

About an hour later, the trio arrived at the city.

"Okay," Ajal agreed.


Tails copied the smirk, "Me to and that's why he's a legend. Maybe the paper did a story on him if they could find out who he was or is."
Kini was listening in on them.


"Finally," Luna muttered as her pants hardened.

"Maybe." Sonic said with a shrug.

Knuckles placed a hand on the wolf's shoulder. "Ready when you are."

"Chaod control," Ajal spoke.

Tails nodded and got back to work.

The two landed on the far end of the zone. Knuckles glanced around, then shrugged. "Alright."

Sonic leaned against the doorframe again, then cast a glance at the living room. "I think I'll check on Kini." He said before spinning around on his heel.
