His body looks less like a snake and mroe like an eel, specifically, an electric eel. The water around him seems to have a charged quality. And while normal electic eels are. . . Ugly, hes quite handsome.
He smiled at her. *cool.*
(He now can change his DNA to gain the attributes of any eel, along with the attribute most eels have: the ability to slip almost anywhere, no matter how small the gap. Granted, physically impossible stuff wont work, but he can slip through a human door, when before he would be stuck.)

(Also, just for fun, while most eels are kind gross-looking, hes always very handsome. And when on land, he looks more like a sea snake, but also like his basilisk body. Basically a combo of both. In short, in water he can be any eel, and when on land hes part sea-snake, part basilisk. Becuase thats fun.)
