(Don't worry. It's totally fine. ^w^)

Jason shook his head, stroking little Shade's wings gently. "No,not there. Even with the dragon war going on I'd rather go there than get dropped back into the foster care system,I'm tired of being pushed around because I look like a freak." Fatespeaker cuddled into Puck, purring softly as her glassy eyes closed. "The thing is...I know neither are a home to me,because I'm not wanted in either place." He said softly, rubbing a horn gently to try and stop the faint pulsing pain.

A shadow appeared in the doorway and Ash walked in. He was silhouetted against the night sky, the flowers casting his features in a pale glow. His hair was slightly damp, and his clothes were mended, whether through glamour or something else it was impossible to tell. "Oh, hey, Prince," he drawled, completely unconcerned. "I forgot you were here. Sorry 'bout that."

"I want you gone by morning," Ash said in cold, clipped tones, sweeping around the campfire. "I want you out of my territory, you and Jason both. According to the law, I could kill you where you stand for trespassing. If I see either of you in Tir Na Nog again, I won't be so lenient."

That hit Jason in the chest but he killed all the hurt colors in his underwings and freckles with dark night purple, forcing them to die away. He said nothing now, having gone silent and resting his chin in his hands against his elbows to his knees. Fatespeaker stirred and looked at Ash sleepily but sadly. "Rrrr?" She squeaked softly,as if to stay 'I have to go too?'. She sounded hurt. Shade was snoozing like a kitten like it was nobody's business.

Puck sighed and pulled Jason close. He hated having to see him hurt. Especially over the grade A jerk he had fallen for. Ash began moving the piles the dead Iron fey and dumping them outside. He worked quickly and silently, not looking at either of them, almost feverish in his desire to get them out. When the bodies were cleared away, he grabbed the bottle of wine from the trunk and retired to a far corner, brooding into the glass. His entire posture screamed, "leave me the heck alone".

Jason let Puck do as he wished, curling in a bit. Fatespeaker walked with soft clicks of her icey talons and sat at least 5 to 6 feet away from Ash,not squeaking a thing. She didn't want him to be alone and so just politely gave him distant company, like it would fix the world for this prince of ice. Shade hadn't heard a thing so he just rolled onto his left side and snuggled into Jason's tail like the pretty much baby he was. "I'm an idiot." Jason muttered, adding softly. "Just a useless hide of scales, why the heck would I be wanted any way."

"You're not an idiot," Puck laughed. "I believe that's my job. And you're no useless hide of scales. You helped us get rid of those nasty iron things." Puck had always been there: safe, reliable, protective. He wouldn't push him away so there was no stupid law to get in the way. Ash was gone; he had already made up his mind. Why not try with Puck? How could Ash do this to Jason? What a jerk. Puck was tempted to tell Jason he told him so, but he resisted.

"No,I didn't. All I did was break things up in the air." He said softly but he physically gave into curling into Puck, sighing softly. Fatespeaker curled up in a small bundle,as if waiting for Ash to be nice again as she had seen him do before and come back. Come back and be a friend ish person. She refused to give up on him but refused to be like her brother and hug him over and over and over. And so she stayed right there, not moving a single icey limb.

"Maybe, but you still helped." Later that night, the room was bathed in hazy starlight. The flowers had opened completely and were glowing as if tiny moons nestled between the petals, throwing back the darkness. Ethereal moths and ghostly butterflies flitted over the carpet, delicate wings reflecting the light as they floated between blooms. Puck was fast asleep.

Jason was hanging by his tail off the side of a pillar, having an easier time against the pain like that rather than laying down. He was wrapped up in his wings and Shade was sleeping in the bend up Jason's legs. Fatespeaker was awake though, not giving up on Ash. She stayed where she was but she sniffed gently at a flower close by,sighing snowflakes softly.

A feathery blue moth landed on Jason's snout, weighing nothing at all. It soon fluttered off toward a dark figure in the center of the carpet. Ash stood in the middle of the room, surrounded by glowing white flowers, eyes closed as tiny lights swirled around him. They shimmered and drew together, merging into a luminescent faery with short silver hair, his features so lovely and perfect. Ash opened his eyes as the faery reached for him, his hands stopping just shy of Ash's face. Longing shone from his eyes, and the spectral faery moved right through him, dissolving into tiny lights.
